Would recommend for a fleeting stay
Comfortable bed, good breakfast, where the king-sized bed assured a restful night, and the host's delicious hot breakfast started each day perfectly while the location is conveniently close to transport options.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

comfortable stay but a bit noisy
The king-sized bed provided excellent comfort. Pam's hot breakfast each morning was a highlight, with local ingredients. We also loved the fine garden views.
The room could get a bit noisy from the nearby road, especially in the mornings.

Pam was super friendly and gave us awesome tips about local attractions. The breakfast was sooo good, every morning was a delicious start. We loved the cozy vibe of the place, and the gardens were gorgeous with cute little areas to chill.
the only downside was that the room could get a bit noisy from the outside traffic, and the bathroom wasn't en-suite which was ok but not ideal.

The king-sized bed was super comfy, and the host was a gem, so warm and informative. Plus, the cute little garden was like something out of a fairytale!
I did feel like I was sharing my sleep with a nearby road orchestra. I mean, who knew traffic could have such pitch?

We appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and the spacious accommodations that allowed our children to play comfortably. The charming garden provided a perfect spot for the kids to explore wildlife, and having access to transportation recommendations to local attractions.
We encountered some noise from the nearby road that disturbed our sleep occasionally.

The double room was cozy with a king-sized bed that felt huge. Bathroom usage was private, nice even though it wasn't en-suite. It had tea and coffee facilities, which I appreciate! The only downside was the room felt a little dated and it was pretty noisy from the traffic outside, especially in the mornings. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and Pam was super helpful.
